Corey Feldman and Courtney Anne Mitchell have announced their decision to end their marriage after being together for seven years. In a heartfelt statement, Feldman expressed his sadness over the separation, emphasizing that they have gone through a lot together and still hold love and respect for each other. He attributed their split to the challenges of life, Courtney’s health issues, and the natural drift that sometimes occurs between two individuals.
Recently, Feldman has been busy with his Love Retours 23 tour, where Mitchell was previously part of the band. However, in light of their breakup, Feldman announced that she would no longer be accompanying him on the tour. He explained that it was a decision made in consideration of Courtney’s health concerns and the healing process she needs to undergo. Feldman expressed his love for her and requested prayers for her recovery, highlighting that their deep affection for each other remains intact despite the separation.
Mitchell also echoed Feldman’s sentiments, declaring her enduring love for him but acknowledging the toll her health struggles have taken on her and her family. She expressed her commitment to maintaining a positive outlook despite physical challenges but stated that she had reached a point where continuing with the tour was no longer feasible. Mitchell wished her ex-husband and the bandmates the best on their tour, confident that they would deliver exceptional performances.
The representative for Feldman did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Nevertheless, both Feldman and Mitchell have publicly addressed the situation, emphasizing their love for each other and the difficulties they faced.
Feldman and Mitchell began dating in 2012, eventually becoming engaged and tying the knot in 2016. Aside from their musical collaborations, they also appeared together on reality shows such as Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition and Celebrity Wife Swap.
